  • 3 NEW PAGES ON MY WEBSITE

    I wanted to let everyone know that I have just added 3 new pages to my web site. JUST SOLD !! will be updated every Monday morning. This page will have all the just sold, pending and contingent properties on the beach for the current week. Most of you who are clients do not have immediate access to this information. Only agents  get up to the minute information from PAR MLS. It lags what you see on most general MLS sites like Pensacolamls.com and Realtor.com. Most of the time you have to wait for direct mail post cards from us or any other agent. Now you can log on to my site and get all the information first hand. I am also trying to "Go Green" in the near future and trying to get all my client addicted to my web site & the internet instead of going to the mailbox and getting the postcards (dead trees) we send out. Not only are these postcards using valuable resources they are extremely expensive. I would rather use your marketing dollars in other directions to bring buyers to the table & get your properties sold more expedientially   JUST LISTED is another page that will be updated on Mondays.
